Every item in our shop is custom made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of our production process, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy, with the following exception:

1. Damaged Items Only
We accept returns and issue refunds strictly for products that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is physically broken, torn, or damaged upon delivery, we will replace it or issue a refund.

2. All Sales Are Final
Because items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for other reasons, including:

- Ordering the wrong size or color.
- Buyer's remorse or changing your mind.

3. How to Report a Damaged Item
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by following these steps:

- Email our support team at tbcgiftsnmore@gmail.com.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photos showing the damage to the product and the shipping packaging.

Once we verify the damage, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
