Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at TBC Gifts n More! We take pride in creating custom items for you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Made-to-Order Processing
Every order is custom-made immediately after purchase. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to create, print, and package your items before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days once your order has been dispatched. Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed.

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with active scanning information.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
